— Our Story

Built from the salon floor, accredited by NACTVET.

By Rynee Lash Academy was born out of a simple frustration: too many talented women in Tanzania were paying for lash courses that left them under-prepared, under-certified and unable to build a real income from the craft. We knew we could do better.

After years of refining our techniques across hundreds of clients in our Sinza and Upanga studios, founder Rynee opened the academy doors to share that expertise — the same standards we apply to our own clients, taught from day one.

In April 2025, the National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) granted By Rynee Vocational Training Centre full registration status under REG/NACTVET/1171. Today we run small, hands-on cohorts where every student leaves with a kit of skills, a portfolio, a recognised certificate — and a community.
